I made this pattern for my son and he really likes it. It seemed to be a little big for him, but that just means he can wear it longer.

My favorite feature of this shirt is the placket! Done differently than most and gives a cleaner finish.

This is a great polo shirt and I am making the third one for my grandson. It’s been a while since I made the last one. I got to the part where you add the binding to the neck/collar seam and have a suggestion. The instructions should tell you on page 10 to pin the binding to the collar side of the seam. I sewed mine to the neck side of the seam and now have to rip it out so that I can press the binding down to cover the raw edge. My grandson loves this polo shirt pattern and wears them often.

This sews up so perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the placket was and how beautifully it turned out on the first try. Excellent, very clear, instructions given.
